HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR AN ORDER TO BE PROCESSED?
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once your order has been shipped a confirmation email will be sent for tracking purposes.
WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING AND CARRIER USED?
Orders are shipped domestically via UPS or USPS and estimated to be delivered within 3-5 business days from the shipping date, however, we can not guarantee the transit times. Shipping cost for all orders above $50 is free We also offer free shipping for approved returns or exchanges (due to seller's error).
Shipment confirmation emails will include a tracking number. Once your order is shipped please contact UPS or USPS directly regarding any shipping questions.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
In the event that you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to modify your order when possible. However, we can not guarantee that changes will be made. Please carefully review your order for accuracy and completeness prior to finalizing.
MY ORDER HASN'T BEEN RECEIVED. WHAT SHOULD I DO!?
EverKid Apparel is not responsible for packages lost or marked as "DELIVERED" but not received. Please understand that carrier related, pandemic related or weather-related delays are out of our control. We advise that you contact UPS or USPS directly to resolve such matters.
